Feng Shui House Sale

Many people seek out feng shui when their house wont sell. They are not necessarily interested in the topic, but they are desperate to get their life back. So it is always a pleasant surprise when they find it worked! They manage to bypass expensive renovations at their agents recommendation. Sometimes there is no obvious reason, and even agents are surprised a particular house wont sell.

This property below had a chequered past

It was built in 2012 and the owners decided they didnt want it. They couldnt sell it so they bought somewhere else and rented it out for 2 years.

2 years later, they put it back on the market  and sold it a year and 7 months later.

The next owners moved in and 2 weeks later there was an earthquake 2 hours drive away.

They decided to move away and Amberli pulled out the stops and used feng shui before they put it back on the market a month later on 16th December just before Christmas, which is also known to be the worse time for selling property. 

It was sold at a profit to the first viewer!
